Join our tight-knit early-stage distributed team that thrives on interesting technical challenges and building magical products that make people money.

As a senior software engineer, you'll be directly responsible for building systems that will secure billions of dollars in assets and offer access to financial products for billions of people across the globe.

You will:

• Design, build and maintain APIs, services, and systems across Alongside’s engineering team
  
• Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack

You may be fit for this role if you:

• Enjoy and have experience improving product experiences and building resilient systems.
  
• Think about systems and write high-quality code. We work mostly with JavaScript, NextJS, with some Postgres & Node. However, languages can be learned- we care much more about your general engineering skill than knowledge of a particular language or framework.
  
• Hold yourself and others to a high bar when working with production systems
